Experienced Car Detailer
The Experienced Car Detailer position is responsible for ensuring vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards of quality. This role requires advanced attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in craftsmanship. The Detailer will perform interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, and finishing services to enhance each vehicle’s appearance while delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects Fuller’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform full-service detailing including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and interior deep cleaning.
• Use specialized tools and cleaning products to restore and protect vehicle surfaces.
• Conduct paint correction, buffing, and minor scratch removal when required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets or exceeds company standards.
• Maintain detailing equipment, tools, and supplies in proper working order.
• Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers and assist with special requests.
• Support team members and help maintain a clean, organized detailing area.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in automotive detailing with advanced knowledge of detailing techniques and products.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality results.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and work on vehicles for extended periods.

Lube Technician
The Lube Technician is responsible for performing oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services to ensure vehicles run safely and efficiently. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and assisting the service team in upholding Fuller’s commitment to quality automotive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs.
• Inspect and maintain tire pressure, brakes, wiper blades, and other key components.
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks and report findings to the service advisor or manager.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed.
• Keep the work area, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service, answering basic maintenance questions when needed.
Qualifications:
• Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Car Wash Cashier
The Car Wash Cashier is the first point of contact for customers, responsible for handling transactions, explaining wash packages, and providing excellent service. This role includes operating the register, answering customer questions, and keeping the cashier area clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately.
• Explain car wash packages, memberships, and promotions.
• Assist customers with questions or concerns about services.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Keep cashier station, lobby, and surrounding areas clean and presentable.
• Collaborate with attendants to ensure smooth customer flow.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred (but not required):
• Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Car Wash Attendant
The Car Wash Attendant position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring vehicles are cleaned and detailed to Fuller’s high standards. This role includes guiding customers through the car wash process, performing manual cleaning when necessary, maintaining equipment, and keeping the work area clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and explain car wash services and options.
• Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-wash and post-wash duties (e.g., scrubbing tires, drying, vacuuming, window cleaning).
• Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, equipment, and customer waiting areas.
• Follow all safety procedures to protect customers, co-workers, and equipment.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and resolve minor issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
